Architect Dennis Humphries of Humphries Poli Architects reviews the design development for Anythink Perl Mack’s proposed renovations, scheduled to begin next month. Features of the renovation include a new neighborhood entrance from El Paso Boulevard; a children’s area, teen space and computer lab; an expanded program space; and a porch along the south side of the building. Sustainable features will include day lighting, geothermal heating and cooling, and a community garden planned for the west side of the property.
