Laura Resau's books deal with issues of immigration, integration, and diversity in a way that values distinct cultural traditions while underscoring the universal nature of humanity. Laura will talk about her work as an anthropologist and teacher in Latin America and how this perspective informs her writing.
Huron St and Brighton book clubs invited this author to speak. Local author Laura Reseau speaks about her work, including book club favorites Red Glass and Queen of Water. Her novels are adults/teen crossover, with a wide appeal to readers of all ages. This event will take place at the Anythink Brighton. Book sale and signing to follow.
