What ties us together

Values we live by at Anythink

Celebrating 10 years of Anythink would not be complete without mentioning our values. As a values-based organization, our five values are a critical component to who we are as an organization. From hiring people who find our values important to them in their lives to providing the best hospitality we can offer to our customers, our values influence and guide our culture, attitudes, and ways of service.

Our Values

Compassion for our customers
and for each other

Passion for our product

Eagerness to learn

Everyone is creative

Optimistic attitude – we believe
that anything is possible

As we celebrate these values, we asked Anythinkers to describe them in their own words:

“[Everyone is creative] is my favorite of the values because, to me, it states that everyone has talent, that everyone can come up with good ideas, that all different sorts of thought processes are valid. In a way, it says that everyone has value. It’s beautiful.” – Matthew G.

“Passion for our products means that we are in love with ourselves and what we have to offer. Passion is excitement, curiosity and knowledge, and products include our materials, programs, services and even our staff.” – Julie C.

“I interpret having an eagerness to learn as having unwavering curiosity that is put into action, either for acquiring information, know-how, or both.” – Shelly W.

“Compassion means understanding and appreciating other people for both their similarities and differences to you. It means being open-minded and empathetic. We show compassion by being kind and caring to each customer and to one another.” – Nickie L. ■
