Have you ever wanted to try yoga but felt a bit unsure where to start? Join us as we learn basic poses that promote strength, flexibility, and stress reduction in a supportive environment, guided by yoga instructor Sara Walsh. The last session, on the 28th, will be 75 minutes and accompanied by relaxing live music and ending with a gong bath meditation. Appropriate for adults and teens ages 16 and up.
