Anythink is celebrating all things pop culture this May with Pop It, an opportunity for you to unleash your inner superhero with programs and experiences for all ages. As part of Pop It, Anythink and The Studio are also participating in Denver Pop Culture Con 2019, which runs May 31-June 2, 2019. Anythink will host a Cosplay Repair Station at this year’s conference, where attendees can mend or create last-minute additions and alterations to their costumes.

What’s more, we’re giving away Denver Pop Culture Con tickets to a couple of lucky Anythinkers. Here's how you can enter for a chance to win:

• Visit your local Anythink between May 7-17, 2019 and fill out an entry form. We’ll draw one winner at random, to be announced on or before May 24, 2019. The winner will receive one 3-day pass to Denver Pop Culture Con 2019.
• On Wednesday, May 22, visit Anythink's Facebook and Instagram profiles. We'll ask a question and choose a random answer from the comments. Each winner will receive one 3-day pass to Denver Pop Culture Con 2019.

Official rules are below, but there are a couple important things to remember:

• You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
• In-person: Only one entry is allowed per person. 
• Online: Only one entry is allowed per person for each post. You may enter once on Facebook and once on Instagram.
• Winners will receive tickets via FlashSeats transfer. Recipients must agree to FlashSeats terms, conditions and requirements.

Anythink Denver Pop Culture Con 2019 Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility: Anythink’s online and in-person Denver Pop Culture Con 2019 Giveaway (“sweepstakes,” “the Sweepstakes”) is open online at Anythink’s Facebook page (facebook.com/ilovemyanythink) or Instagram profile (instagram.com/anythinklibraries), and in-person at each Anythink location. The sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years old as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Anythink/Rangeview Library District (the “Sponsor”) and their immediate family members or those living within the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. All online entries must be received by May 22, 2019 by 11:59 PM MDT. In-person entires must be entered between May 7-17, 2019 at an official Anythink location. 

How to enter (online): By commenting on a specific designated photo posted to Anythink’s Facebook account at http://www.facebook.com/ilovemyanythink or Anythink's Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/anythinklibraries on May 22, 2019. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Anythink/Rangeview Library District. You can only enter once online on Facebook and once online on Instagram on May 22, 2019, and must fill in all information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by filling out multiple physical forms or by commenting online using multiple identities or commenting multiple times to circumvent the rules. How to enter (in-person): By submitting a completed entry form at an official Anythink location between May 7-17 during that location's normal operating hours. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Anythink/Rangeview Library District. You may only enter once. You may not enter more times than indicated by filling out multiple physical forms or by commenting online using multiple identities or commenting multiple times to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Anythink/Rangeview Library District. Only one prize will be awarded per person.

Prizes: Winners will receive one (1) 3-day pass to Denver Pop Culture Con 2019, an approximate retail value $105. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Anythink/Rangeview Library District to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising, promotion and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners of the May 22, 2019 online contest will be notified by Facebook and Instagram within one (1) day following the winner selection. Online winners will be asked to supply an email address and/or phone number for offline communication and prize pickup coordination. In-person winners will be notified on or before May 24. Anythink/Rangeview Library District shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail, privacy settings or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within one (1) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners will receive tickets via FlashSeats transfer. Recipients must agree to FlashSeats terms and conditions. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulars. Terms: Anythink/Rangeview Library District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Anythink/Rangeview Library District may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Anythink/Rangeview Library District. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
