Commerce City residents are invited to join architect Dennis Humphries of Humphries Poli Architects as he reviews the design development for Anythink Commerce City’s proposed renovations, scheduled to begin in early 2010. Features of the renovation include a new entry plaza facing the corner of 72^nd and Monaco; a children’s pavilion, computer lab and teen area; and a reading nook with fireplace looking out onto a small enclosed garden. Sustainable features include geothermal heating and cooling, SolaTubes for natural light and a green roof.
