Each week features another activity for school-aged kids.  Drop by the craft area in the children’s room and enjoy an hour of creative fun.

Mar.  2: Make-Your-Own-Mancala –  Mancala is an ancient strategy game that is easy to learn and fun to play. Make your own set using recycled materials and glass stones.

Mar. 9: Play Dough – We’ll whip up a batch of play dough together for you to sculpt with at the library – and take some home, too.

Mar. 16: Game Sampler – Join us for a variety of games, new and old.  

Mar. 23: Puzzle Sculptures – Using recycled puzzle pieces, you can sculpt your own awesome animal. We think alligators look cool, but who knows what you’ll create?

Mar. 30: Butterfly Snackers – These adorable little butterflies are edible. This is a quick and easy activity that is sure to be a smile-maker.

Mar. 23: Blender Smoothies– Come and make a delicious and nutritious snack using our new blender and tasty ingredients.

Mar. 30: Interior Decor – We know you need some more table space in the teen area, so help us create it for you. We will be designing and crafting a checkerboard table that you can actually use!
