Do You: Yoga at York

Join us as we continue our 2020 yoga series with expert Sara Walsh, who is dedicated to giving you time to focus on mindfulness, meditation, and some new yogi skills. Celebrate the end of the series by participating in not only the hour-long class, but an additional hour of a special Nidra session on March 21. This series is BYOMat, if possible.
