Strike a Pose: Yoga for All Abilities

Take part in the final three sessions of a six-part series of yoga classes at the library. These sessions will offer a survey of multiple forms of yoga – by the end of six weeks you can establish an ongoing practice that suits your lifestyle and your wellness goals. No registration necessary.
