The Brighton Branch Library at 575 South Eighth Avenue will close at 5:30 pm on Friday, July 31. The new library will open at 327 East Bridge Street on Saturday, September 12. During this time, limited library service will be available from a temporary bookmobile located in the parking lot at 575 South Eighth Avenue. The bookmobile will carry a small supply of books and media for borrowing, and reserved materials can also be picked up there.

The bookmobile hours will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 3-6 pm. Library materials can be returned to the bookmobile or the after-hours book return at the old library until the new library opens. There will be no library programming during this time.
