Library Construction Project Updates
Thanks to the overwhelming support of our community, Anythink libraries are growing into some of the friendliest and most beautiful resource and discovery centers in the region. Here is an update of our new library construction and renovation projects:
Anythink Bennett A new 7,000-square-foot library at 7th Street and East Lincoln Avenue in the Town of Bennett. The new building replaces a 1970s building on the same site. Opened May 30, 2009
Anythink Brighton A new 20,000-square-foot library in the planned Brighton Cultural Center at Bridge Street and 3rd Avenue in Brighton. Opened September 12, 2009
Anythink Huron Street A new 25,000-square-foot library in the park setting at Huron Street and 94th Avenue in Thornton. Opened February 6, 2010
Anythink Wright Farms A new 45,000-square-foot library at 120th Avenue and Holly Street in Thornton. Construction underway. Opens summer 2010
Anythink Commerce City Renovations and expansion to the existing library
at 72nd Avenue and Monaco Street in Commerce City making it a 9,340-square-foot facility. Opens fall 2010

Anythink Thornton Refurbishments to the existing library at 89th Avenue
and Washington Street in Thornton. Being designed by Gulash Designs, Inc. Opens late fall 2010
Anythink Perl Mack Renovations and expansion to the existing library at 7611 Hilltop Circle in Federal Heights. Being designed by Humphries Poli Architects PC. Opens spring 2011
