Have fun and be cool this summer by coming to the library and dressing up. There’ll be clothes, wigs and fun crafts to make alternative clothes. Make a mirror mask or practice makeup with a Lady Gaga lightning bolt. Appropriate for teens. Space is limited; registration required.
