Q. What is the target budget range for this project? 
A. We have not set a budget for the project – we invite firms to provide estimates for the work identified in the RFQ.

Q. To what extent will staff have capacity to participate in this work?
A. This work is an organizational priority, and staff are willing and able to participate fully. Some of this work may have be done via Zoom or using an online collaboration tool to maximize participation.

Q. Are there community partners or leaders you envision being part of this process?
A. We are focusing on our internal DEI efforts first before bringing in local community partners to this work. We will complete our organizational assessment, and the findings and recommendations will inform the next steps in this work, including bringing in community and potential partners. 

Q. How do you envision the DEI strategic plan aligning with the organization's overall strategic plan, now and in the future?
A. We will be writing a new strategic plan in 2023 that will include extensive community engagement and outreach. The DEI work we are doing now will be one of the foundational elements of the new plan.
