After-School Get Together

Join your friends and family at the library for afterschool activities. Appropriate for students in grades K-5.

  • Oct. 1: Autumn Suncatchers – Turn an ordinary paper plate into a gorgeous Autumn Suncatcher.
  • Oct. 8: Quilling – Roll, loop, curl, and twist strips of paper to create designs on a card.
  • Oct. 15: Colors of Light – Discover the science of light and learn how to bend it.
  • Oct. 22: Simon Says Art – Play the classic game of Simon Says with an artistic twist. Follow the leader’s instructions as a group yet end up with completely unique picture.
