Dive into a book with your little one through early literacy play. Each child will receive a play package to help keep the imagination going at home. This program is appropriate for children birth to 23 months. Space is limited; registration required. 

Are you hungry for good books and good food? Let’s talk about Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and make food. This program is intended for kids in grades 4-5. Please see a staff member if you need a copy of the book. 

Anythink York Street offers a monthly morning book club with a very different style: we choose a theme for the meeting, and you choose the book you want to read based on that theme. Each person discusses their choice. It’s a fun way to discover new authors and books while reading a title that speaks to you. Bring your pick and a morning beverage, and we’ll talk books. This month’s theme: books by an African-American author. Appropriate for adults. No registration required.
