Therapy dogs provide a safe, non-judgmental audience for kids to practice their reading out loud. Bring a book you’ve been working on or choose from one of ours. Read to one of our patient, furry friends provided by Therapy Dogs Boulder County. This program is appropriate for ages 4-12. Space is limited, registration is required. On the day of the event, registered participants will sign up for a 5-15 minute session during the program on a first come, first served basis.

Contemporary Classroom brings Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art's exhibitions to the library with information about artists working today and a hands-on art making workshop. Appropriate for ages 7-12. No registration necessary.

It’s time to start cooking again! We’ll learn how to make popovers using muffin tins and put together a yummy berry sauce. This program is intended for kids ages 5-12. Space is limited; registration required.
