We’re going on a Bug Safari! Experts from the Butterfly Pavilion will be our guides as they introduce us to live invertebrates from around the globe and teach about their characteristics, where and how they live, and why they are important in our world. Appropriate for all ages. Participants must be at least 3-years-hold to hold Rosie the tarantula. This program is part of Dig It, Anythink’s month-long celebration of gardening, backyard farming and more. Space is limited; registration encouraged.

Join us for an hour of mindfulness that is perfect for the whole family. We will share contemplative stories, explore different breath techniques, and move our bodies mindfully in a fun and playful yoga practice with yoga games. Bring your own mat, or feel free to use one of ours.
Get crafty and eco-conscious as we up-cycle our own ecosystems! All materials will be provided, so just bring a sense of curiosity and creativity! All participants will be able to take their live ecosystems home. Part of Anythink’s Dig It series. Appropriate for upper elementary, tween and teens.
Join us as we kick-off a new book club just for kids! This laid-back group will bring books to life with discussion, activities and cookies in a fun-filled environment. Appropriate for kids in 3rd – 6th grade. No registration required. For the month of March read a chapter book, graphic novel or comic with a wilderness theme. Some suggestions are:
