Working from a template, teens will use HTML, CSS, and Javascript to build a random poetry generator. Change the rules and word banks in Javascript to create works of poetic genius or surreal masterpieces. Edit the HTML and CSS to present your poems in a beautiful frame.

Anythink York Street and the University of Colorado have partnered to offer an exciting opportunity for families. Join educators from CU to learn the basics of coding (computer programming) by playing with an easy-to-use app called Scratch Jr. A free dinner will be served at 5:30 followed by coding fun for the whole family starting at 6. Appropriate for adults and kids ages 5 and up. Space is very limited; registration is required for each participant.
