Art from Ashes empowers struggling youth by providing creative workshops that facilitate health and hope through expression, connection and transformation. During this workshop, you’ll work with your friends, facilitators and performers to create poetry, spoken word, or other writing expressions in a safe and welcoming environment. Appropriate for ages 12 and up.

Paint and decoupage lovely little wooden treasure boxes to take home. This program coincides with a similar program for parents, so kids can enjoy refreshments and supervised time all to themselves. 

In this monthly series, we will use recycled materials to create unique projects. This month we will take old greeting and holiday cards and transform them into decorative birdhouses. Bring your own cards to create an even more personalized work of art. 

A peppermint candy cane is a quintessential holiday candy. But what if we take that peppermint flavor and mix it with ramen? Together we will explore what foods will and what foods will not peppermint. Appropriate for students in grades 6-12.
