Learn how Monterroso incorporates mindfulness in his artistic process and bring out your inner artist as we use our fingers and other brushless tools to create. Paint will be involved, so please dress accordingly. All ages welcome, no registration necessary.

Learn new tools to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine. This program will teach mindfulness skills focused on breath work as well as eating mindfully and mindful walking.  You will also be introduced to applications that you can use on your devices to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine. No registration is required.
