The Anythink Film Series is a unique outdoor film experience, taking place throughout the month of August at each Anythink location. Each film will be paired with an interactive experience as we explore different genres around the district. Learn more about the full lineup of films

At Anythink Huron Street, discuss music and culture with your neighbors while celebrating the live sounds of Colorado Youth Mariachi Program. Then gather for a dinner and a screening of Mariachi High. This film is rated G.Please bring blankets, pillows or chairs for comfortable seating during outdoor screenings. Popcorn will be provided, and people are encouraged to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drink. 

6 pm: Colorado Mariachi Youth performance

This program is part of Anythink Perl Mack’s Share the Love Month, focused on playful projects and thoughtful conversations designed to help deepen relationships with loved ones, our community and ourselves. Over the past six weeks, Anythink Wright Farms teens and tweens have been working with Parallel Artistic to create an original performance, from characters to costuming. Join us in experiencing a performance and a song by the group while enjoying some snacks, and see the talent that exists right here in our community! All ages welcome. No registration necessary.

Practice makes progress. Join Jen from City Strings Guitar to learn how to play the guitar, listen to each other as an ensemble, and write original songs.  These sessions are open to students who have good strength and dexterity in their fingers and who are willing to practice during the week. Participants are encouraged to bring their own guitar.
