Teen Gardening with TAB
Join members of Anythink York Street’s Teen Action Board in working in their garden plot. We are growing fruits and vegetables to be sold at our summer farmer’s markets. All teens welcome. This activity takes place at the community garden near the Anythink York Street library. No gardening experience necessary. No registration required.

This month, we will be signing up for mySummer, and creating a lovely clay home for an air plant to take home. This activity is open to all and designed specifically for adults with disabilities. Groups are welcome, however, space is limited; online registration required. When registering a group, please register each attending individual separately, or call 303-405-3200 for assistance.
Kids Explore Science: Indoor Gardens from Garbage
Grow plants from kitchen leftovers. Make interesting house plants and food you can eat from things you would have thrown away. Appropriate for adults and kids ages 8 and up.
Grow your garden: The Free Seeds & Transplants Program
In collaboration with Denver Urban Gardens, Anythink is providing free seeds and transplants to individuals, families, schools and community organizations based on annual adjusted gross income levels in order to ensure that everyone has access to healthy food. If you're interested in receiving these seeds and transplants, visit your local Anythink and ask for the Free Seeds & Transplants application. This year, each household can receive up to seven seed packets and four sets of transplants.
