Join members of Anythink York Street’s Teen Action Board in working in their garden plot. We are growing fruits and vegetables to be sold at our summer farmer’s markets. All teens welcome. This activity takes place at the community garden near the Anythink York Street library. No gardening experience necessary. No registration required.
Get involved and do something in your community with the Teen Action Board. Help plan and run events and perform good deeds – all while earning community service hours. During the summer, TAB works on raising fruits and vegetables in our garden plot and running farmers’ markets. Come join the fun and earn your service hours over the summer! Join us for weekly adventures in coding just for tweens as we explore a variety of coding languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, Java and more. Appropriate for tweens ages 8-12. Space is limited; registration is required.
Join Anythink and Parallel Artistic for a performing arts summer camp style series, in which participants will have the opportunity to act, dance, create costumes, film and edit performance videos and get a feel for what it's like to work with a professional performing company. Gain performing skills and lend your creativity to a project that exemplifies the Anythink Wright Farms community. This program is appropriate for tweens and teens.
