Explore and experience various approaches to meditation, including walking, progressive muscle relaxation, focused attention, mantra, guided, including yoga, nidra, chakra, and visualization. Find a way to prepare for and sit in meditation that works for your mind and body. No prior experience or fitness level requirements.
