Each week features a different activity for families with children and teens of all ages. Join us in the program space downstairs for culinary, creative and technological fun. All ages welcome.

  • April 3: Bingo for Books – Bingo! Come join us to play this simple and incredibly fun game to win books and other treats from our varied collection for all ages.
  • April 10: Cup-Stacking – Have a lot of fun by strengthening your coordination and ambidexterity. Practice or compete in this fast-paced sport that’s all the rage.
  • April 17: Family Painting – Local artist Brooke will teach you how to create their very own piece of artwork on canvas.
  • April 24: Microwave Cooking – Snack on a newly concocted creation and learn a simple recipe that you can try at home.

  • April 3: Candy Jewelry – Make jewelry that is sweet and edible,

  • April 24: Bingo for Books – Play a game of Bingo and win a book!

A new way to explore early literacy! This drop-in program is for children through 6 years old and their parents. Six different centers will be set up reflecting one of each of the early literacy skills. Centers may include books, hands-on activities, crafts or music. Participants will be gathered together two times during the hour to do a group movement or story activity. This is a new and exciting way to create the path to lifelong learning.

Soft crawling pillows and toys, foam flooring, and gentle music will set the tone for you and your baby to enjoy each other and other caregivers.
