Kids learn the benefits of stretching and relaxation in this fun, informal yoga class. Each class includes yoga postures (asanas), songs, games, breathing exercises, and space to be quiet, calm, and peaceful. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, towel or small blanket. Appropriate for grades K-5 and their caregivers. Space is limited; registration required. NOTE: This class is held outdoors.
