Create, play and socialize at the various activities we have planned. Appropriate for elementary-school-age children.

• Nov. 7: Make Butter! – Learn to make butter, spread it on bread, and then eat it!
• Nov. 14: Search and Find – Make a search-and-find game to play with family and friends.
• Nov. 21: A Twist on Watercolors – Draw with a white crayon and then paint over it to make a cool creation.
• Nov. 28: Finger Friends – Transform Styrofoam balls, pipe cleaners, pom-poms and other supplies into a friend that sits on your hand.

Stop by the library after school every week for some awesome teen activities. Ages 11-18 welcome.

• Oct. 4: Teen Advisory Board – Let your opinions be heard! It’s up to you to make your library cool and decide what programs you want!
• Oct. 11: Forensics: Who Done It? – Presented by the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
• Oct. 18: Horrorgami – It’s origami with a twist!
• Oct. 25: T-Shirt Design – Bring a t-shirt to paint on. Using freezer paper we will make our own designs.

Come to the library every week for a fantastic Friday! All ages welcome.

• Oct. 5: Bingo for Books – Play Bingo and win books!
• Oct. 12: Gaming Unplugged – Better than Xbox, more powerful than Wii… Experience the awesomeness of board games!
• Oct. 19: Sport Stacking – Stack cups against a timer or with a friend. This is a fast-paced sport that’s sure to be a fun time for everyone.
• Oct. 26: Rock Band – Rock out on guitars, show off your drumming skills, and sing your heart out.

Enjoy an afternoon of gaming and snacking. Come play the Wii, bring your YuGi Oh cards or find a new board game you like to play. Grades 6-12 welcome.
