Runes are an early alphabet of ancient Germanic peoples, including Vikings. According to Norse mythology, the god Odin discovered the meaning of the runes as he hung on the World Tree, Yggdrasil. Discover the story and meaning of these runes and create some runic crafts. Appropriate for students in grades 6-12. Space is limited; registration is recommended.
