Have you always wanted to take a yoga class but felt unsure of where to start? Do you think you’re not flexible enough or strong enough to take a class? This class is for you! Real yoga is truly for everyone, regardless of size, background, age, or flexibility. Explore yoga with us in a safe and friendly environment. We will practice fun poses and learn breathing techniques that will help calm and de-stress your body. Please note that the Nov. 10 class will be 75 minutes and will be accompanied by live music and gong bath. Appropriate for teens and adults ages 16 and up. Space is limited; registration is required.
