Calling all homeschool caregivers! Join us for a virtual meet-up where we’ll talk shop, learn about the Anythink resources that can help you and your child’s homeschool journey, and share best practices for home-learning. This program will be held online using GoToMeeting. Join the Access to Justice Committee for a free legal self-help clinic on the first Tuesday of the month. This program is ideal for customers who do not have legal representation and need help navigating various legal issues via remote internet access. Space is limited. Each week, Anythink Wright Farms will share two new virtual worlds to dive into and attempt to escape from. Work together with friends and family to crack the clues. For every virtual escape room you solve, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $5 Starbucks giftcard.

About Hazel Miller & The Collective
Colorado music legend Hazel Miller is back, returning for a third time to the Backyard Concert Series. Hazel Miller isn’t just a great singer, she’s a force of nature. Her decades-long career includes numerous awards and honors, including opening for artists such as James Brown, The Temptations and Mel Torme. Hazel Miller Band perform an eclectic mix of jazz, R&B and blues.

This class will introduce students to the dance form breaking, commercially known as “breakdance.” Through movement, participants will develop basic skill in the form as well as a deeper understanding of the social, political, and economic climate that led to its creation. This class encourages students to experience Hip-Hop’s historical context through multiple learning techniques.

Join world-renowned artist Nicole Banowetz in looking at your environment in a new way.  Using imagined microscopic creatures, this workshop combines science and storytelling to inspire unique works of art.

Creativity invents a universal language that connects people of different backgrounds. Our virtual songwriting workshop specializes in providing best practice strategies on how to collaboratively write songs while also creating a space for aspiring creatives to meeting up with professional musicians. 

This program will be held online via GoToMeeting. A link will be sent out via email to registrants two days before the program. This program is appropriate for ages 11 and up. This is a two session series.
