Join us for a very special story time with author, Jason Gruhl! Jason will read his book, Everything Is Connected, and will share some insight into what it takes to write and publish a book. Bring the whole family!

Learn how to sew with our team of sewists. This month, re-style clothes to fit you. Bring clean clothes that you want to fit you better so that they’ll make you look and feel wonderful. Learn how to tailor your garments and to make the adjustments such as hems, waists, busts, side seams and much more. You can also practice with “stunt clothes” that we’ll have on hand. Grab the family and meet new neighbors at Anythink Backyard Concert Series. Kick off the 2019 series with Union Gray at the one-acre park adjacent to Anythink Wright Farms. You don’t even have to pack your picnic basket – we’ll have food and beverages available for purchase at a minimal price. Delicious beers will be available from our generous sponsor, Periodic Brewing. Food options include Basecamp Provisions, Corner of Gourmet and Taste of Texas BBQ.

Not only is this a fun, free Friday night – it’s also a fundraiser for the Anythink Foundation. Funds raised through food and beverage sales help Anythink to provide special programs and projects for the community. Supporters can also donate at the show and online here.

The Backyard Concert Series is free and open to the public, from 6:30-8:30 pm, on the second Friday of each month. Food and drinks will be available starting at 5:30 pm.

About the band 

Union Gray is a grassroots, rockin' country band from Denver. Their brand of country mixes flavors from the red dirt of Oklahoma down to the heart of Texas and up to Nashville. They have shared the the stage as support for artists such as Cody Canada and the Departed, Craig Morgan, Dwight Yoakam and more.
