We’ll play games, use easy musical instruments, shake bean bags and parachutes, and get ourselves moving and grooving! Join us for a special program offering information and assistance for those seeking permanent resident status. Kate Syfert from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will talk about the process and application for permanent residence (green card), and answer any questions about different scenarios and essential steps.

McGuire Law will also be here to share details about the new Deferred Action for Childhood (DACA) regulation, which states that certain people who came to the U.S. as children may qualify for deferred action, and be eligible for employment for a period of two years.

The program will be in English, and people are welcome to bring personal interpreters.
