Marma Designs & Sewing School hosts this beginner’s sewing class for kids ages 8-11. Learn the basics of sewing, including how to properly thread and safely use a sewing machine, troubleshooting, layouts, measuring, and fabric cutting. Therapy dogs provide a safe, non-judgmental audience for kids to practice their reading out loud. Bring a book you’ve been working on or choose from one of ours.
